Save the dates! September 10 - 12, 2021
The MOA will host another great MOA Getaway at the Pine Mountain State Resort Park on Sept. 10-12, 2021. This beautiful state park will be the base of operations for all the amazing riding and great exploring to be done in the area.

Pine Mountain is not only one of Kentucky’s most scenic parks, but also a very modern resort with a hint of an historic past. The upper lobby of the Herndon J. Evans Lodge was built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). The passage of time has not diminished the beauty and workmanship of the original sandstone and chestnut log construction. Each of the 30 guest rooms features full amenities and a private balcony from which to enjoy the mountain view. Pet-friendly rooms are now available. Additionally, there are 11 two-bedroom cottages with porches or decks, plus nine one-bedroom cabins with fireplaces and private decks. There is no tent camping available.

Members arriving on Friday will be welcomed to a reception in the Main Lodge. Hot food and cold drinks will be waiting along with a cash bar. The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to share stories from the trip with new friends and to catch up with old ones.
Saturday is your day to explore the Park's unique features such as "Chained Rock" and the many viewpoints overlooking the beautiful mountains Southeast Kentucky. Enjoy riding the local roads and take in the scenery and communities of the area. There are a number of easy side trips, including the historic Cumberland Gap or a visit to the Original Kentucky Fried Chicken Museum might be fun.
Whatever you plan for the day, make sure you are back at the main lodge for dinner. Be prepared to share details of your day’s adventure with those at your table and we’ll give away some great door prizes too!
The $99 event fee includes a Friday night welcome party (including a light dinner), Saturday night dinner and awards with cash bar, $500 worth of door prizes and a special MOA gift. Event fees are refundable if cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a voucher for a future MOA event. Please visit bmwmoa.org/refunds for a list of covered events and circumstances that qualify for an event credit.
The Getaway event fee does not include lodging. Please call the hotel directly or visit the hotel's website for reservations and cancellation policies. Hotel/lodging facility may have strict cancellation policies. Please verify these policies with the hotel prior to making any reservations. Daryl Casey will assist you in sharing rooms to keep the cost down if you wish!
Event registration and hotel rooms are reserved separately. The beautiful Pine Mountain State park will be the host hotel for our event. Reservations must be made directly with the Lodge by calling (606) 337-3066. On-line reservations are not available. Lodge rooms start at $89.95 per night with cabins at $116.95 and cottages at $134.95 per night each. These rates are good through August 11th and be sure to tell them you're with the BMW MOA Getaway.
Additional lodging is available in Middlesboro or Barbourville.

Due to the limited space of the resort, the property will strictly enforce its reservation cancellation policy. Please be aware of the policy when reserving your accommodations as the BMW MOA will not be responsible for cancellation fees charged by the resort.
The host property and the MOA maintain separate cancellation policies.
